Mooning Market handles purchases using a escrow service. The escrow service enables secure and fair transactions between sellers and buyers. The escrow service can broken up into three stages.

Below are valid reasons to dispute a purchase

• The user purchases the item and deposits the funds into the Mooning Market escrow service.
• The seller provides a tracking number within 7 days or the buyer gets refunded, and the purchase is cancelled.
• If the buyer confirms they have received the item as expected (undamaged, complete), the seller receives payment for the item. If the buyer creates a purchase dispute, both buyer and seller are given 7 days to provide evidence, at which time the purchase will be reviewed by Mooningmarket. After a human review, the escrow funds will be allocated to the deserving party.
