Illegal items, items that promote illegal activity, and items that have been stolen are strictly forbidden on Mooning Market. As a seller, you are responsible for ensuring that you conform with the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.
Counterfeit or unauthorised items such as fake watches, handbags and other apparel, are prohibited on Mooning Market. We consider counterfeit goods to be any item which imitates the branding of another good, particularly by using a brand’s logo, or design without the brand owner’s consent.
